We can help you. With your permission we can log onto your computer using password protected TeamViewer software to assist you with your book-keeping records.
To access the service simply click the TeamViewer icon to download the software. You will be given an ID number which you need to pass on to us to enable us to access your computer. You still retain mouse control at all times.

One of the things our clients tell us they like about the way we do business is our "No Surprises" Fixed Fee policy. This is prepared for all new clients and is being rolled out to existing clients. For this fixed fee we will deal with, on request, the audit accountancy and tax services that you want from us. We have designed a special 3 tiered range of services, so that you can select a variety of options that are the best solution to your needs and your budget. This fee excludes dealing with HM Revenue and Customs enquiries. We offer a fee protection service to cover these fee costs.

The fixed fee quoted above is fully inclusive of unlimited access to our entire team for advice on ad hoc matters. This means that you can call us at any time knowing that you will never be charged for our time or advice. Feel free to speak to us whenever you need to, without having to worry about the cost.
Of course, if the issues raised at any of these unlimited free consultations (or anywhere else) require research or analysis beyond the consultation, we will give you a fixed price quotation for that extra work before any additional work is started. This way you will always know exactly how much the service will cost.
