Blomfields offers a bespoke property finding service for the discerning purchaser that’s too busy or frankly, tired of trawling through copious estate agent’s windows, websites and property portals.
One of the most valued commodities (or lack of it) is time. Blomfields can in some way buy you more of this. By retaining us to act exclusively for you in your proposed search for that desirable abode, we can take the pressure off you, and give you the opportunity to concentrate on other more mundane things, such as choosing your furniture!
After an initial consultation to establish your exact requirements, we will do all the leg work for you - such as contact all the estate agents on your behalf, source ‘off market’ opportunities for you, negotiate the purchase on your behalf, and so on.
If you know the exact street that you want to live in, for example, leave it to us - we will source it for you. If you want us to preview a number of properties before you go to see them, just let us know - we can save you a lot of leg work on your behalf if we’ve identified certain issues that don’t fit your criteria. Whatever you want - just let us know.
We do charge for this service, and would be delighted to discuss our fee structure with you once we know your exact requirements.
